The St. Croix Valley Home Builders Association is a network of professional
builders and associates that provides resources to our members to promote
quality construction and positive relationships between members and the
communities we serve.
The St. Croix Valley Home Builders Association (SCVHBA) is a builder's
association in Wisconsin that represents firms and individuals involved in
the construction industry in the St. Croix Valley. Our builder & associate
members in Wisconsin are engaged in a wide range of construction related
activities, ranging from residential design, construction and remodeling to
major commercial projects. SCVHBA is also comprised of individuals who
support the building industry and/or provide various services to the
industry. They include subcontractors, lenders, real estate agents,
insurance representatives, developers and others located in Pierce, Polk,
and St. Croix Counties in Wisconsin.

NOTE: Affiliate Memberships are ONLY available to members that have an
existing main membership with the St. Croix Valley Home Builders Association
and are doing business at the same physical location.

The St. Croix Valley Home Builders
Association (SCVHBA) is a professional
not for profit trade organization
chartered in 1979 and affiliated with
the Wisconsin Builders Association (WBA)
and the National Association of Home
Builders (NAHB). St. Croix Valley HBA
represents the interests and concerns of
the building industry - Builders and
Associated Businesses - while promoting
quality housing and positive
relationships between members and the
community we serve. The Association’s
role is to provide educational programs,
informational services, community
involvement, governmental representation
and social/networking opportunities.
